Convoluted PTFE Tubing
PTFE convoluted conduits are extensively used for electrical cables in the aerospace industry.
They are also used more and more in other industrial applications for similar use, and also as light duty chemical transfer hose. Our PTFE convoluted tubing can be supplied cut to specific lengths, together with either straightened or cuffed ends.

We can now offer an anti-static version of our PTFE convoluted tube, this can either be supplied as a fully filled or dual layer extrusion. All of our PTFE convoluted tube can be supplied with a stainless steel overbraid if required.

'Shrinkflex™' is a convoluted conduit made from PTFE, FEP, or PFA with heat shrinkable ends.
This unique product has many applications as a light duty flexible hose, or a conduit that can completely protect cables and connectors.
Due to the large number of permutations of length, diameter, and wall thickness, this product is presently made to order.

We produce standard and light wall grades, but we can also supply custom made convoluted tubing, where our standard ranges are not suitable. The standard stock is available in black, other colours from our full range are available on request. Ends can be supplied cuffed (straight) or flanged for easy connection.
