PFA tube is available in many standard sizes, from 1mm to 80mm ID. Find our PFA tubing sizes.
PFA is available in a standard and a high purity grade, which is essential for certain applications.
Each application has different requirements, so we also produce special sized tube or high purity grade PFA tube to order.
Special sizes: Virtually any size of tubing can be extruded from 0.2mm diameter to 80mm diameter.
Special grade: A selection of PFA tubing sizes is available as FDA, EU 10/2011 and NSF compliant.
Ready cut tubing: PFA tube can be supplied cut to any length.
Coloured PFA tube: All tubing can be made in 14 different colours, including black tube. The pigmentation has no significant impact on the technical properties of the tubing.
Filled PFA tube: Standard fillers can be added to the PFA polymer during the extrusion process to improve wear resistance, thermal conductivity and anti-static properties. Find out more about Filled Tubing.
Close tolerances: We specialise in making our PFA tubing to very tight tolerances for medical, electronic and instrumentation applications.
Bespoke PFA tubing fabrication: We welcome enquires for extruded PFA profiles, no matter how complex. Find out more about Thermoforming and Manipulation of Fluoropolymers.
PFA was developed as a high temperature version of FEP - generally it has similar properties, but it can be used at temperatures up to 260°C.
Very high working temperatures of maximum 260°C
Very low working temperature of -200°C
Non-stick characteristics
Low friction surface
Very high resistance to chemicals and solvents
Very high electrical resistance
