Job Brief

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who’ll research and identify ways to build our brand and acquire new clients. In addition to making sure we’re servicing all of the needs of our existing loyal client base.

Marketing Analyst responsibilities include tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behaviour and exploring market trends and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with PPC campaigns, SEO and SEM and be comfortable with processing and analysing marketing data as well as being able to carry out the marketing tasks.

Ultimately, you will help us to grow the business and ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently and we target our audience through successful campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
  • Analysis of existing customer product and market segments to grow these areas
  • Analyse sales funnels and customer intent
  • Creation of marketing lists
  • Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Analyse and report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
  • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
  • Conduct competitor research and analyse bench marking data
  • Recommend website and campaign optimisations
  • Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc.)

 

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role
  • Understanding of technical products and or markets
  • Expertise in Google Analytics
  • Expertise in MailChimp and sending/creating email campaigns
  • In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
  • Interest and ability to run social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram LinkedIn
  • Understanding of LinkedIn for research and marketing tools
  • Experience with PPC campaigns
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Analytical abilities
  • BSc in Marketing or relevant field would be preferable but not essential
