Using combinations of custom manufacturing techniques in conjunction with our thermoforming processes, we can produce almost any item in PTFE, FEP, PFA, & PVDF at relative low cost. The fabrication processes we use are particularly economic with small and medium volumes, compared with conventional plastics processing.
We can apply all these techniques to the PTFE, FEP, PFA, and PVDF tubing, heat shrink and sheet products we supply to custom manufacture a wide range of fluoropolymer products.

A customer was looking to improve their existing level detection probe, used in automotive and marine applications. This led to the development and production of a bespoke FEP probe cover.
Our R&D engineers worked with a local company to produce custom fit racing seats. The seats can be fitted or enthusiasts can buy the kits to create their own bespoke racing seats.
We were approached by a client to create a rectangular profile component using a fluoropolymer. The project included critical elements and constraints.
