Here at Adtech, we pride ourselves on being as flexible as possible for our customers’ needs. We hold extensive knowledge and expertise in advanced fluoroplastic production, and our services are in much demand across a wide range of sectors.
We offer a fast turnaround on development and proto-type projects for bespoke components. As we have developed our unique processing techniques in house, we also build our own equipment. This enables us to move projects forward quickly as we have total control over the project from start to finish.
The beauty of the fluoroplastic materials with which Adtech works means that we can produce bespoke, custom products made from PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE and PVDF tubing, and FEP and PTFE heat-shrink sleeving and sheet plastic for a wide range of industrial uses.
For example, we regularly provide specialist plastic materials and components for use in, instruments and equipment for the offshore oil and gas industry, as well as chemical processing plants, medical device manufacturers, environmental monitoring and analysis groups, the pharmaceuticals and biotech industry and the food production industry. We can produce retractable coils, instrumentation plumbing, temperature & level probe covers, tube manifolds, containment bags, and much more.
Fluoroplastic materials are so stable, practical and durable that practically anything you can imagine, we can create. At Adtech, we use a range of techniques to produce exactly the right component for your needs.
The techniques we use include thermoforming, vacuum forming, sheet fusion butt welding, tube end welding (plugging), fluoroplastic coating, seam welding, PTFE sealing, heat shrink sealing, heat setting, pressure forming, transfer moulding, tipping and coiling.
And if it is a totally new piece of equipment you are looking to create, even if you have no idea how to create it, our experts can help to determine the perfect material and treatment for your needs. With our equipment, we can flange, flare, coil, bend and cut all our fluoropolymer tubing and heat shrink products to your specific design requirements.
And using combinations of custom manufacturing techniques in conjunction with our thermoforming processes, we are also able to produce almost any item in fluoroplastics at relatively low cost. The custom manufacturing processes we have developed over the years are particularly economic with small and medium volumes, compared with conventional plastics processing.
